                                                                            As the KW Commercial Broker for the Airport City Development Project with the City of College                                                                                  Park, Phyllis assists the City in the acquisition of 89 properties in the conception of the Airport City                                                                              320-acre development. She developed an aggressive strategy to research and contact the                                                                                            property owners, negotiates the acquisition of the respective properties, provides guidance on                                                                                    agreements, strategies, and market prices, drafts contracts for respective properties and manages                                                                              the portfolio of properties.
                                                                           

                                                                           In addition, Phyllis has also served as a Commercial Broker for the City of South Fulton. Her work                                                                                 included locating new workspace for CollabSouth, which will also include the tourism bureau, a                                                                                   small business incubator and the City’s Old National downtown main street program. She worked                                                                               with the City’s Economic Development Director on ascertaining potential commercial space in                                                                                     efforts to position the City for new business.
                                                                     

                                                                           As a Commercial Broker for Keller Williams Atlanta Classic Realty, Phyllis secured land for her                                                                                       future home for over 200 Real Estate Agents at Keller Williams Atlanta Classic Realty and KW Commercial within the City of College Park.

           Phyllis manages property transactions between buyers and sellers and assists with negotiations between buyers and sellers. Phyllis provides exceptional customer service to all clients and manages the real estate transaction from start to finish. She efficiently and accurately appraises property using local comparisons (CMA), provides a range of marketing functions including promoting properties by listing, writing advertisements, or arranging viewings, ensures that all properties are thoroughly inspected by a certified home inspector to identify possible repairs, and collaborates with loan officers, attorneys, and agencies to complete transactions.

            Prior to joining the KW family, Phyllis was the Co-owner of Southern Realty Investment and also served as a Residential Consultant for Coldwell Banker Real Estate. She was recently appointed as a Board Member for the Old National Main Street Advisory Board; which works to stimulate revitalization in downtown Old National, foster a positive image by promoting the central business district, and encourage downtown development through business recruitment and support. She also serves as a community, leader to mobilize and guide others and facilitate the problem-solving and decision-making processes.
